  • Don’t want to ever help, talk, or socialize with anyone else in your community

  • Will never, ever lend a quick hand, let your neighbor borrow sugar, or want things offered by others in your community

  • Hate the thought of keeping Mayo on your phone so that you could make someone’s day by offering them a helping hand

As a building manager Mayo would be useless if you…

  • Like to spend more money on services — because Mayo is completely free

  • Don’t care about your community at all and their well-being, especially during a pandemic

  • Don’t like the thought of your residents potentially self-helping, you just want to help everyone yourself

  • Aren’t interested in insights that can help you learn more about your community

  • Don’t ever have the need to make announcements that your community should care about
